TDIC Projects

My partner Hader Al Muhairi and I researched About Qasr Al Sarab, one of the TDIC's projects in Abu Dhabi. The PowerPoint presentation which we did about it is embedded below.

From all the projects, the one which I felt the best is Qasr Al Sarab project because of several reasons. The first point I would like to make is that it is unique and located away from the hubbub of the city. This means that people can change the way they used to live in and try new ways. Another point is that the project will be located in Liwa where the sand is all around the area which will make it the first choice of desert adventurers. A further point is that it will be enjoyable for those who like traditional activity like falconry.

On the other hand, the least interesting project is Saadiyat Island because it will change Abu Dhabi's traditional design. Another reason is the location which is near to the city centre. A further issue related to the location is that Abu Dhabi will become more crowded than Dubai which will make it unendurable.

In conclusion, TDIC's project economically will succeed, but will produce some problems. For instance, the number of foreign people will be more than expected. Also if we think environmentally it will help to raise the UAE's carbon footprint.
